Senior FP&A Manager

Seeking a Senior FP&A Manager for a full-time remote position, this role will manage financial planning and forecasting processes while serving as a strategic partner to various teams, driving data-driven decision-making and business performance. Key responsibilities Own and enhance forecasting models, providing sensitivity analyses and ensuring alignment with business goals Report on monthly financial results and forecasts, delivering variance analyses and actionable insights to leadership Develop and improve reporting dashboards that track key performance indicators and communicate findings to cross-functional partners Required qualifications 6-9 years of experience in Strategic Finance and/or FP&A, preferably in a high-growth consumer products company Exceptional financial modeling skills and experience with ERP and BI tools like NetSuite or Looker Demonstrated experience leveraging AI and automation tools for financial planning and reporting Proven ability to independently drive cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders through analysis and recommendations
