We are seeking a dependable Fleet Technician to join our maintenance team and play a key role in keeping our vehicles operating at their best.

What You’ll Do as a Fleet Technician:

As a Fleet Technician, you’ll help maintain the performance and safety of our vehicles while minimizing downtime. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing routine maintenance and preventative services across the fleet
• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
• Conducting inspections to ensure vehicles meet safety and operational standards
• Identifying and resolving issues quickly to keep vehicles in service
• Maintaining accurate service records and repair documentation
• Proactively spotting potential problems before they become major repairs
• Collaborating with technicians and operations staff in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking for:

• Experience as an automotive technician, fleet mechanic, diesel mechanic, or similar role
• Strong understanding of vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repair processes
• Proven troubleshooting and mechanical problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Valid driver’s license required
• ASE certifications are a plus (not required)
