Treasury Analyst

Our client, a manufacturing organization , is seeking a Treasury Analyst to join their team. As a Treasury Analyst , you will be part of the Finance & Treasury Department supporting the Accounting and Financial Reporting teams . The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail , analytical problem-solving skills , and excellent organizational abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Treasury Analyst
Duration: Contract to hire
Location: Chicagoland area (onsite 3 days per week)
Pay Range: $45-$55/hour

What's the Job?

• Prepare and manage lender reporting requirements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Perform bank reconciliations across multiple accounts, primarily with JPMorgan Chase and additional banking partners
• Monitor daily cash activity and support cash flow forecasting
• Administer and reconcile corporate purchasing card (P-Card) programs
• Support treasury operations including payments (ACH/wires) and ongoing process improvements

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 3+ years of treasury, finance, or accounting experience
• Experience with lender reporting and financial compliance requirements
• Strong bank reconciliation and P-Card administration experience
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage complex reporting accurately
