Product Owner

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with strong expertise in the Longview Trading System (LVTS) to lead product strategy and delivery for investment management and trading technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience working closely with business and technology stakeholders in an Agile environment to deliver scalable trading platform solutions.
Primary Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product roadmap for the Longview Trading System (LVTS), aligning business priorities with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with portfolio managers, traders, compliance, operations, and technology teams to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into prioritized user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, focusing on enhancements related to order management, trade execution, portfolio rebalancing, compliance monitoring, and FIX connectivity.
- Partner with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to deliver new platform capabilities while ensuring system stability, performance, and seamless integration with investment and accounting systems.
- Define business requirements for the end-to-end trade lifecycle, including order creation, allocation, execution, settlement, reconciliation, and post-trade reporting across multiple asset classes.
- Work with compliance and risk stakeholders to implement pre-trade and post-trade compliance rules, audit controls, and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, user acceptance testing (UAT), release planning, and stakeholder demonstrations to ensure successful product delivery.
- Monitor production issues, assess business impact, prioritize defect resolution, and drive continuous improvements to trading workflows, execution quality, and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Business/Product Analyst supporting trading or investment management platforms.
- Hands-on experience with the Longview Trading System (LVTS).
- Strong understanding of the investment management lifecycle, including portfolio management, trading, compliance, and operations.
- Experience managing Agile product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Knowledge of order management systems (OMS), trade lifecycle processes, FIX protocol, and compliance workflows.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product delivery best practices.
