Exemption Type Exempt Education Bachelor's Degree Job Description We are seeking an experienced Contract Specialist (CS) to provide acquisition and contract management support within the federal government. The ideal candidate will: Possess good knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Material Management and Acquisition Regulation (MMAR), agency supplements. Possess knowledge of Federal procurement regulations and processes,contract documentation, and legal specifications. Demonstrate experience with contracting, including pre-award and post-award functions. Plan, develop, execute, and administer a wide range of contracted projects. Independently manage complex procurements and ensure compliance with all Federal laws and regulations. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field. 3-5years Federal acquisition experience. Experience with General Service Administration (GSA) contractsdesired. Strong Analytical and problem- solving skills. Proficiency in data analysis and use of procurement software tools. Excellent communication and research skills.
