ITL Sales Associate

The Role As an ITL Sales Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Your focus will be on building relationships and ensuring a positive shopping experience. What You'll Do Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving issues. Maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Assist in inventory management and merchandising to ensure product availability. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Participate in training and development opportunities to improve sales skills. What We're Looking For Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to team goals. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory. Previous retail or sales experience is a plus but not required. Nice to Have Familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
