Transportation Driver / Appointment Scheduler

We are currently seeking a reliable and organized Transportation Driver / Appointment Scheduler to join our team. This is a dual-role position supporting resident transportation needs while also assisting with appointment scheduling and central supply.

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments, outings, and other destinations
• Coordinate and schedule resident appointments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff, families, and outside providers
• Maintain transportation logs and documentation
• Assist with central supply, including inventory, stocking, and distribution of supplies throughout the facility
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness, safety, and routine maintenance checks
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure resident comfort during transport

Requirements:

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Previous experience in transportation, scheduling, or healthcare preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Dependable, professional, and resident-focused attitude
• Ability to move throughout the facility and assist with supply needs as required
