The role is based in Midwest, United States (remote). We are also looking for this candidate to be local to Cedar Rapids, IA for one year training. Where You'll Make a Difference
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the fuel ethanol and carbohydrate processing industry
- Drive new business opportunities and support achievement of revenue targets
- Understand ethanol and manufacturing processes to identify and advance sales opportunities
- Develop account plans and present commercial offers aligned with marketing strategies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including technical service, supply, marketing, and R&D
- Support implementation of IFF technologies such as enzymes, yeast, and fermentation solutions
- Resolve customer challenges by identifying root causes and unmet needs
- Utilize tools such as Salesforce, forecasting tools, and internal systems to support sales execution
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field
- Experience in sales, customer service, or a technical-facing role
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter with strong motivation and ability to work independently
- Ability to travel up to 50% within the Midwest region
- Comfort using CRM systems, MS Office, and technical/business tools
How Would You Stand Out?
- Experience in ethanol, corn processing, agriculture, food, or chemical industries
- Knowledge of fermentation processes or industrial manufacturing environments
- Proven ability to build long-term customer partnerships and deliver value-driven solutions
