RTX’s Naval Power Finance team seeks a Growth and Program Excellence professional to drive financial rigor across new business capture, startup, and cost control. You will partner with the NP CFO and leadership to shape the financial strategy of a rapidly growing business. You will lead program controls, develop common playbooks, and expand cross‑functional collaboration with DOD, FMS, and DCS programs, while relocating support as needed; travel to MA, AZ, and TX may be required. #J-18808-Ljbffr RTX
