Warehouse Associate

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support shipping, packaging, receiving, and general warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable with physical work, and able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Clean and organize shipping materials
• Prepare packaging and materials for clinical trials
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials
• Stack and organize pallets as needed
• Safely lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds
• Operate warehouse equipment to move and store materials
• Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse environment
• Complete tasks accurately while following established procedures
• Prioritize multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision
• Use basic computer systems and warehouse-related software as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical degree required
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to repeatedly lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Basic high school level math skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to establish priorities and manage multiple tasks independently
• Basic computer skills
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious
