RN - ICU

ICU RN Opportunity in San Antonio, TX

We are seeking an experienced ICU RN to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of ICU experience. Candidates are required to float as needed. Patient ratios are 1:2 in ICU. The unit has 14 ICU beds and 20 Med/Surg beds. The staffing includes a Patient Care Assistant and a Unit Coordinator. Standard equipment is used on the unit. Documentation is performed using a specified system. All travel staff are expected to work every other weekend. Candidates must have experience with vasopressors. Preferred experience includes familiarity with the documentation system. Dress code includes navy scrub tops and pants, with a navy or white scrub jacket. Hair should be clean and neatly styled; extreme styles or colors are not permitted. Body art should be covered whenever possible. Visible piercings, other than ears, are not allowed.
