UC/Telephony Software Engineer

As a software engineer for the NC3 business segment, you’ll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for supporting the design, implementation and maintenance of an integrated DTMF and VoIP network.

Basic Qualifications: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field. Also requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master’s degree plus 3 years of job-related experience. Agile experience preferred. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

• Hands-on experience with enterprise telephony platform configuration and administration
• Use of T1/E1 ISDN PRI and CAS circuits
• Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) administration, dial plan configuration, device provisioning, and troubleshooting
• C or C++ programming experience

Salary Note: This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled. Combined Salary Range USD $112,924.00 - USD $125,275.00 /Yr.
