About the Role

You'll provide comprehensive physical therapy services using evidence-based techniques and personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals. This practice emphasizes hands-on care, individualized attention, and clinical excellence without the use of aides or techs - therapists manage their patients directly throughout each session.

What You'll Do

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and movement assessments
• Develop customized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings
• Deliver hands-on therapy and functional rehabilitation interventions
• Provide therapeutic exercise instruction and progression
• Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery strategies, and long-term health
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to optimize outcomes
• Collaborate with clinical team members to ensure continuity of care
