Regional Float ICU RN- Jackson

Regional Float ICU RN – Jackson Contingent – 24 hours per month Shifts Available: Midnights Under general supervision, demonstrate ability to handle nursing problems and provide nursing interventions across a variety of situations. Identify patient problems prior to changes in patient‑specific data collections. Eligibility Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred. Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. 2–3 years of recent related clinical nursing experience. Willingness to float to multiple locations. Clinical knowledge to formulate effective nursing care plans. Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services. Effective communication with patients, families, and hospital personnel. Licensure Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing. Current ACLS, NRP, EFM, ENPC, TNCC, NIHSS where required.
