Job Title: CWP Immunizing Nurse - Vaccination Initiative Address: Seymour, CT Job Description Administer vaccines such as flu, MMR, and COVID to patients in a community healthcare setting. Lead with empathy and compassion, ensuring patient comfort and trust. Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals and support staff to deliver quality care. Adapt to changing schedules and healthcare protocols to maintain service excellence. Motivate and develop team members, balancing assignments to maximize strengths and address knowledge gaps. Apply clinical skills including medication administration, vaccination, and Basic Life Saving (BLS) certification. Critical Information Shift: Flexible days and hours, Sun-Sat; onsite as needed. Remote work not applicable; role is patient-facing and onsite as required. PPE is provided; environment promotes patient care and teamwork. Education/Licenses Needed Full, active, and unrestricted RN license in the United States or District of Columbia. High School Diploma or GED required.
