Licensed Behavior Consultant (BCBA Preferred)

Earn $80,000 for 30 billable hours for BCBA. Qualifications & Skills BACB Certification in good standing. Behavior Specialist License is required. Master's Degree (MS or MA) in a mental health field and one year documented paid experience working with children, adolescents, or youth. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed. One year of paid experience working with children or adolescents (preferred). Salary W2 employees. Matrix covers up to 72% of your health premium and up to 60% dental premium. Responsibilities & Duties Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA), VB MAPP, AFLS, and ABLLS‑R assessments. Develop treatment plans based on FBA findings using evidence‑based practices. Provide clinical supervision of BHT or RBT workers. Direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community environments. Implement individualized treatment plans and programs written by the supervising BCBA. Collect data during each session with the client. Reduce challenging behaviors—aggression, property destruction, tantrums, etc. Analyze data to adapt and adjust programming. Provide support to parents, teachers, or community officials. Provide role‑model appropriate behaviors. Provide clinical support to direct care staff. Implement consequences related to appropriate and inappropriate behavior. Coordinate communication with other supporting agencies. Exchange information clearly and concisely with appropriate parties and concerns. Complete and submit all paperwork—including documentation of session notes, encounter logs, treatment plans, and assessments—in a timely manner. Experience Relevant: 1 year (Required) Education Master's (Required) Certifications & Licenses BCBA Must have one of the following licenses: BSL, LSW, LCSW, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist Job Types Full‑time, Part‑time Schedule Monday to Friday Overtime Staff must have appropriate background checks, transcripts of their degree, and clearances to work in direct contact with children and adolescents (ACT 33, 34 and FBI clearances). They must also be able to participate in Medicaid and Medicare programs, complete the NSOR (National Sex Offender Registry) Verification, and have an active Mandated Reporting Certificate (Act 31).
