About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Tech Lead to lead, coach, support, and grow a diverse team of software engineers for our client. As a hands-on leader, you will guide the technical direction of projects, foster team collaboration, and champion engineering excellence across the stack.

About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Tech Lead to lead, coach, support, and grow a diverse team of software engineers for our client. As a hands-on leader, you will guide the technical direction of projects, foster team collaboration, and champion engineering excellence across the stack.
What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of talented web engineers, fostering a culture of learning, growth, and continuous improvement.
- Provide architectural guidance and code design feedback in at least one of our core languages.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and other Engineering teams to plan and deliver high-impact features.
- Ensure technical quality through thoughtful code reviews, testing best practices, and automation.
- Contribute to hiring and onboarding efforts to build a high-performing, inclusive engineering team.
- Balance hands-on coding with team leadership and project oversight.
Primarily work with:
- Frontend: React, TypeScript
- Backend: Node.js, PHP, Java, Python, Ruby
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience as a software engineer, with a strong foundation in web development .
- 2+ years of experience managing or leading engineering teams in a technical capacity.
- Demonstrated ability to give thoughtful, actionable feedback on system and code design.
- Proven track record of leading complex projects and mentoring other engineers.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with an inclusive leadership style.
