Job Details Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 08/10/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Requirements Hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE. Graduate from an accredited school. Minimum one year of experience. Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or actively applying for licensure. Current CPR certification. Other requirements as determined by the client facility. Duties & Responsibilities The Physical Therapist / PT is responsible for the assessment of referred patients requiring rehabilitation services, providing direct patient care, establishing and administering treatment programs, setting realistic goals, documenting patient condition, and educating patients and families. Develops a plan of care for each physical therapy patient. Provides skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders. Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet therapy goals. Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
