Key facts Location: Madrid, es Engagement: Full-time Team: Growth Marketing What you'll do Manage the end-to-end production cycle for growth creative, including briefing, shooting, editing, and delivery. Oversee content production for social-first platforms like TikTok, Meta, and YouTube, ensuring assets are optimized for modern feed consumption. Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with external creators, editors, and production vendors in the Spanish market. Partner with the Creative Strategist to translate concepts into actionable production plans and timelines. Handle ad trafficking, asset classification, and naming conventions within platform ad managers. Supervise and mentor content administrators based in Manila to ensure efficient workflow execution. Implement AI tools to automate administrative tasks, asset versioning, and localization. Monitor production budgets and manage vendor contracts to ensure efficient resource allocation. Requirements 4+ years of production experience, with a background in both agency and in-house environments. Demonstrated success managing high-volume, always-on content pipelines. Proficiency in ad trafficking and creative metadata management for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. Experience working closely with Creative Strategists or Creative Directors on performance-focused campaigns. Proven ability to lead and develop junior team members or coordinators. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent sprints. Fluency in Spanish and English. Experience using AI tools to streamline creative workflows.
