Location: Bartlesville, OK

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, Day shift

Candidate Pay Rate: $75 - $52.5 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop personalized speech therapy treatment plans
Provide evidence-based interventions for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
Empower patients to improve communication skills and functional independence
Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and home exercise programs
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated care
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications

Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Active Oklahoma SLP License (or eligibility to obtain)
Rehabilitation experience preferred but not required
Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills

Education

Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Speech-language pathology assessment and treatment
Cognitive and swallowing therapy techniques
Clinical documentation and care planning
Interdisciplinary collaboration and communication
Patient and caregiver education
Rehabilitation experience
