This role is active, fun, and meaningful — you help children build confidence, strength, and social skills through structured play and fitness. Responsibilities Teach children’s fitness classes, preschool programs, and parent/child classes Lead activities, songs, games, and movement routines Provide excellent customer service to parents and caregivers Host birthday parties and special events (tips included!) Ensure a clean, safe, healthy environment Support daily operations and work collaboratively with the team What We’re Looking For High‑energy, friendly, and comfortable engaging with kids Reliable communicator with strong teamwork skills Confident performing, speaking, or leading in front of groups Ability to work 25+ hours per week, including weekends Comfortable with cleaning and maintaining safety standards Experience in sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, theater, or early childhood education is a big plus What We Offer Competitive hourly pay (Party hosts regularly earn additional tips on weekends, increasing overall hourly earnings.)
