Job Summary
Endoscopy Lab Nursing Position in Milton, Massachusetts. This role involves providing patient care within a level 1 trauma facility, focusing on endoscopic procedures. The assignment is a 26-week contractual engagement, scheduled during daytime hours, with responsibilities including pre- and post-procedure patient management and assisting in endoscopic cases.

Job Details

• Schedule: 8:00 am 4:30 pm, Days shift, 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, two years of nursing experience, one year of endoscopy experience, proficiency with Epic electronic medical record system, ACLS and BLS certifications, and prior employment separation from the organization for more than six months in good standing.
• Preferred Qualifications: SGNA certification
• Additional Information: Endoscopy RN needed for a hospital with 12 beds/chairs, open Monday through Friday with on-call for holidays and weekends. In-procedure: 1:1 patient ratio; Pre/Post-Op: 1:3. Must pass pre-acceptance testing with a score of 85% or higher on first attempt. Study materials will be provided.
• Travel: No travel required.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience including 1 year in endoscopy.
