Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
(30-minute lunch break)

Job Summary

LJ’s Cleaning Solutions is seeking an energetic and motivated Recruiter to join our fast-paced office. This position is responsible for supporting the full recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting phone screenings, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining candidate records.

The ideal candidate has previous office experience, strong communication skills, and an interest in growing their career in recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from potential applicants

• Review resumes and proactively contact qualified candidates

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions

• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess qualifications and job fit

• Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting records

• Assist with recruiting-related administrative tasks

• Collaborate with the Recruiting Manager to understand staffing needs

• Provide a professional and positive candidate experience

• Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required

• High school diploma or GED required

• 2+ years of office-related experience preferred

• Recruiting experience preferred, but not required

• Professional phone and email communication skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, and Excel

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• High-energy, professional, and team-oriented

Preferred Experience

• Office experience: 2–3+ years

• Recruiting experience: 1+ year
