The Senior Manager of Product and Business Strategy is vital in leading and scaling market-validated products that have already surpassed initial launch phases. This role is crucial in executing product, financial, and go-to-market strategies for product lines, ensuring responsibilities for growth, adoption, and operational performance are met. This position artfully combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution, working collaboratively with customers, sales, and cross‑functional partners to ensure that validated concepts translate into scalable business outcomes. Success will be evaluated based on revenue growth, product performance, customer engagement, and disciplined execution against established business objectives. Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily business and product performance for assigned product lines, focusing on growth and operational plans. Implement product and portfolio strategies that align with broader organizational priorities and opportunities in the market. Convert strategic ambitions into actionable product roadmaps, operating plans, and go‑to‑market initiatives. Lead cross‑functional teams, including sales, to achieve outcomes without direct authority. Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Finance, shared services) to fuel revenue growth, enhance customer adoption, and expand market penetration. Support the execution of pricing, packaging, positioning, and launches for assigned products. Manage and track financial performance, including forecasts, revenue targets, and performance metrics for product lines. Make lifecycle decisions on product optimization, additional investments, or repositioning. Salary for this role is $145,000. Education Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Preferred: Advanced degree or equivalent experience in product management, general management, or business strategy. Experience 5-7 years of experience in product management, portfolio management, strategy, or commercial roles. Experience in the education sector (Public K-12 or Higher Ed) is strongly preferred. Proven track record of meeting revenue, growth, or product performance objectives. Success in leading cross‑functional initiatives from conception through launch and optimization. Experience managing multiple products or portfolios concurrently. Background in scaling early‑stage or growth‑phase products is preferred. Familiarity with SaaS, platform, or technology‑driven product environments is advantageous. Desired Skills and Competencies Strong business and financial acumen.
