Genesis10 is currently seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Irving, TX. This is a 6 month contract opportunity.

In this role, you will support customer service initiatives by handling low-complexity tasks and procedures. The primary focus will be on customer outreach to confirm business needs, manage a pipeline of leads, and route confirmed leads to the sales team. This position involves direct customer contact and detailed record-keeping.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in and provide support for low complexity initiatives within Customer Service
• Review basic issues, policies, or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained
• Attempt to contact customers to confirm business needs and route confirmed leads to dedicated sales consultants
• Maintain impeccable pipeline management including tracking contact attempts, scheduling calls, and detailed notetaking
• Handle inbound calls as needed
• Gather feedback from pilot agents to determine what is and is not working
• Provide information to client personnel in Customer Service

Requirements:

• 6 months of Customer Service, Financial Services, or Contact Center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education

Desired Skills:

• Bilingual in Spanish

Pay range: $13.75 - $21.75 per hour
