Occupational Therapist – Occupational TherapyShift: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30 Guaranteed hours: 40/week Weekend & holiday rotation requiredUnit types: Ortho, Neuro, ICU, Telemetry, Med-Surg Total staffed beds: 69Minimum 2 years of OT experience State OT license BLS certification Experience with adult care, adaptive equipment, hip fractures, total hip replacement, total knee replacement, and knee injuries Proficiency in lifting/transfers, assessment/evaluation, patient & family education, safety/injury prevention, and documentation Familiarity with EPIC charting system preferredEvaluate and assess patients to develop tailored treatment plans Implement therapeutic interventions to promote optimal recovery Educate patients and families on injury prevention and recovery strategies Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive patient care Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accuratelyFloating may occur within service line and scope Parking available in designated employee areas Scrub attire: black top or scrub top with tan pants/scrub pants
