MS Copilot Studio Solution Architect & Governance Lead

Job Description
Role: MS Copilot Studio Solution Architect & Governance Lead
\n \n \nDesign and implement Copilot Studio environment architecture, configuration, deployment, and migration strategies.
\nEstablish security, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), connector governance, access controls, and platform standards.
\nDefine and implement application lifecycle management (ALM), release management, monitoring, and reporting capabilities.
\nProvide hands-on technical leadership, configuration, troubleshooting, and development of enterprise assistant agents.
\nEvaluate Microsoft platform updates and help automate change-impact assessments, governance reviews, and release notifications.
\nGuide the existing team on architecture decisions, Microsoft best practices, and the longer-term enterprise Copilot roadmap.
\nMust-Have Qualifications
\n \n8–10+ years of Microsoft technology experience, with strong hands-on expertise in Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
\nProven experience architecting, configuring, and deploying Copilot Studio solutions in enterprise production environments.
\nStrong knowledge of Power Platform Admin Center, Power Automate, Dataverse, environment management, and connector configuration.
\nHands-on experience implementing DLP policies, security controls, authentication, and Microsoft Entra ID integrations.
\nExperience with ALM, CI/CD, solution deployment, environment migrations, and production support.
\nDemonstrated ability to build, deploy, and troubleshoot AI-powered assistant agents.
\nStrong stakeholder communication skills and ability to operate as both a solution architect and hands-on implementation lead.
\nPreferred Qualifications
\n \nExperience with Microsoft 365 Message Center, Microsoft Graph APIs, and automation of platform-change monitoring.
\nKnowledge of Copilot licensing, credit consumption, capacity management, and usage governance.
\nFamiliarity with Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI, GitHub, and Azure DevOps.
\nUnderstanding of GenAI, RAG, autonomous agents, and agent orchestration.
\nExperience delivering enterprise AI solutions in healthcare or other regulated industries.
\nRelevant Microsoft certifications, such as PL-600 or PL-400.
