ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support the development, administration, operations, and maintenance of enterprise ServiceNow applications. This position will maintain existing ServiceNow capabilities while developing new applications, workflows, and automation based on evolving customer requirements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on ServiceNow development experience, strong JavaScript knowledge, and experience working within Agile software development environments. Responsibilities Provide operations and maintenance support for existing ServiceNow applications and instances Design and develop new ServiceNow applications based on customer requirements Create and maintain Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Access Control Lists (ACLs) Develop and modify ServiceNow workflows, catalog items, and record producers Develop and maintain ServiceNow portals Create automated notifications, reports, and daily reporting capabilities Manage and optimize workflow processes within ServiceNow Develop and integrate web application APIs Support Microsoft SQL Server databases and related application integrations Participate in Agile development activities and track requirements and issues using JIRA Support application lifecycle activities, including development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and documentation Incorporate information security requirements and policies into technical solutions and documentation Required Qualifications Demonstrated ServiceNow development, administration, and workflow management experience Experience developing ServiceNow Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and ACLs Experience with ServiceNow workflows, catalog items, record producers, portals, notifications, and reporting Strong JavaScript development experience Experience developing within an Agile environment and using JIRA Experience supporting and administering Microsoft SQL Server Familiarity with MySQL and PHP scripting Familiarity with Windows Server installation and configuration Familiarity with web application APIs Familiarity with incorporating information security policies into technical requirements Desired Qualifications Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or SQL Server Experience with object-oriented programming Familiarity with Linux and Windows operating environments Experience supporting the software development lifecycle, including formal reviews and milestones Experience supporting secure government or Intelligence Community technical environments Experience delivering technical briefings to management and stakeholders Strong communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical audiences Strong customer engagement, collaboration, and team-building skills Experience supporting enterprise learning technologies or training environments #CJ Fantom Corp is a Software Development, Agile Cloud, Software Development, Cyber Security (Risk Management, Assessments & Authorization (A&A)), Data, AI Platform (Computer Vision Models), Podcasting Media Services, and IT Services provider.
