The AHD family of wholesale brands includes Made Goods (flagship furniture made from unique materials), Pigeon & Poodle (home and bath accessories), Blue Pheasant (handcrafted tabletop products) and Burton James (luxury upholstered furniture).The Digital Marketing Coordinator supports the planning and execution of Ardmore Home Design's email and social media communications across all brands. This role partners with internal teams and external collaborators to deliver cohesive, on-brand campaigns that drive engagement, revenue, and brand storytelling. The coordinator owns email and social calendars, supports cross-functional workflows, oversees marketing platforms, and contributes to performance reporting through recaps and insights. Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while supporting an in-person/on-site work culture and upholding company values of Ownership, Collaboration and Respect.Job Responsibilities:Plan and execute email and social media campaigns across all Ardmore Home Design brandsOwn and maintain email and social content calendars in partnership with Marketing, Creative, E-Commerce, and Brand teams to align priorities and deadlinesManage creative briefs, email deployments, and social publishing with accuracy and timelinessCreate recap decks and performance summaries, tracking KPIs and identifying optimization opportunitiesAnalyze campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve engagement, conversion and revenueMaintain marketing platforms and technology to maximize campaign effectivenessSupport on-site brand moments, showrooms, trade shows, and events as needed to ensure timely digital coverage and content captureStay current on digital marketing best practices and platform updatesWhat We Can Do For You:Play a pivotal role in our company's transformation and growthAlign with a growing company that operates in the luxury marketProvide training and career development opportunitiesEnjoy a high-paced and collaborative work environmentEligible for up to a 6% employer 401(k) contribution following six months of employmentTake advantage of paid time off away from work, including scheduled company holidaysParticipate in competitive benefits and incentivizing programsTeam building company sponsored eventsEmployee discount and bi-annual sample saleRequirements:1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, email marketing, or social media managementBachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Business, or a related fieldHands-on experience with email and social platforms and scheduling tools such as Klaviyo, Candid, Mailchimp, Later, Instagram, Facebook and etcFamiliarity with Google Analytics and performance reporting; certification is a plus but not requiredStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools such as Monday.comProficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc), as familiar with Canva and CapcutBasic understanding of SEO principles, audience targeting, and digital marketing strategiesHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence working cross-functionally and with external partnersAbility and willingness to work in an in-person/on-site environment and travel occasionally for eventsPhysical Requirements:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
