Elevate Windows is looking for energetic Entry-Level Appointment Setters to join our growing sales team. This is a great opportunity to build real-world sales experience, develop valuable communication skills, and earn based on your performance.

You'll be the first point of contact for homeowners, introducing them to our window solutions, identifying genuine interest, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.

What You'll Do

As an Appointment Setter, you'll help create new sales opportunities through friendly, professional conversations with homeowners.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Engage homeowners through face-to-face conversations in the field.

• Introduce Elevate Windows and explain our products in a clear, approachable way.

• Ask questions and listen carefully to understand customer needs.

• Build rapport and establish trust quickly.

• Identify and qualify homeowners who may benefit from our solutions.

• Schedule and confirm appointments for sales representatives.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments.

• Stay consistent with daily outreach and appointment-setting goals.

• Represent Elevate Windows professionally in every interaction.

Earning Potential

$85,000–$140,000 annually

What We're Looking For

You don't need years of sales experience to succeed. We're looking for people who are motivated, coachable, outgoing, and ready to learn.

A strong candidate will:

• Be 18 years of age or older.

• Be authorized to work in the United States.

• Have a valid driver's license.

• Have reliable personal transportation.

• Communicate confidently and professionally.

• Enjoy meeting and talking with new people.

• Be comfortable working in a face-to-face field environment.

• Stay positive and motivated when facing rejection.

• Be self-motivated and able to manage daily activities independently.

• Be goal-oriented and motivated by performance.

Previous sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or canvassing experience is a plus, but not required.
