Responsibilities Provide high-quality, patient-centered cancer care in a community-based setting with strong clinical support. Practice at the top of your license with an integrated care model designed to reduce administrative burden and enable focus on patient care. Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams and tumor boards to deliver coordinated care. Utilize technology-enabled workflows to support efficient, high-quality care. Participate in flexible call coverage as part of a shared call structure (Q4 – every 4 weekends). Qualifications Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Hematology & Oncology. Compensation & Benefits (highlights) Competitive base salary starting at $500,000+ with clearly defined incentive opportunities. Salary dependent upon experience and location. rWVU incentive model rewarding productivity alongside quality of care, patient experience, and clinical documentation. Typical physicians can achieve $650,000+ in total cash compensation once established. Transparent compensation discussions early in the recruitment process. On-site infusion services and dedicated APP, Nursing, and Medical Assistant support. Licensing and license renewals paid by TOI; out-of-state licensing support where applicable. Guaranteed Sign-On Bonus: $100,000. 3 CME days + $2,500 annually.
