FLSA Status: Exempt

Condesa is looking for friendly, outgoing and positive people to join our team! This position is responsible for the overall leadership, operational excellence, financial performance, and guest experience of a high-end restaurant. This role drives a culture of hospitality, accountability, and service excellence while leading front-of-house operations, developing managers and team members, and ensuring execution of elevated dining standards.

• Complete understanding of all safety requirements and company safety policies.
• Complete knowledge of all company security regulations and federal/state/local regulations relating to food safety.
• Ability to obtain any applicable certifications/licensures as required.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays and extended shifts as needed.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
• 5–10+ years of progressive restaurant leadership experience.
• Prior General Manager or multi-unit leadership experience in upscale or fine dining preferred.
• Experience with budgeting, labor planning, scheduling, and operational reporting.
