Application Support Analyst (Remote) – £35,000 + Training Provided – Entry Level Location: Remote Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent About the Role We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a motivated Application Support Analyst to join their growing remote technology team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity with full training provided, ideal for graduates, aspiring IT professionals, junior support engineers, and career changers looking to build a career in software and technical support. As an Application Support Analyst, you will provide first-line support for business applications, troubleshoot technical issues, and help ensure users receive an outstanding support experience. Key Responsibilities Provide first-line support for business applications and software systems. Investigate and resolve user queries via phone, email, and ticketing systems. Log, prioritise, and manage support tickets. Troubleshoot software, application, and user access issues. Escalate complex technical issues where required. Support system testing and application updates. Maintain accurate documentation and knowledge base articles. Work closely with technical and operational teams to resolve issues. Deliver excellent customer service while meeting service level agreements (SLAs). Skills & Experience Interest in IT, software applications, or technical support. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365. Familiarity with ticketing systems or CRM software is advantageous. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Degree, IT qualification, personal projects, or relevant experience is beneficial. No commercial application support experience required – full training provided. Fully remote working.
