Clinical Liaison: Inpatient Rehab Admissions

TGH Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a Clinical Liaison for inpatient rehabilitation on a per diem basis. The role focuses on building referral relationships, coordinating intake and pre-admission screening, and assessing patient admission eligibility to support appropriate admissions. The position requires clinical licensure and a valid driver’s license; prior marketing/sales and EMR experience are preferred.
