We are now going to the market under one bold new brand, Echo Electric.We have a great opportunity for a motivated Warehouse Associate/Back Up Driver to join our team! You will ensure products get where they need to be by receiving, picking, packing, shipping, wire cutting and assistance with general maintenance of the warehouse. Shift: 8 AM- 5PM, M-F. Starting Rate: $18-$20 per hourWe Are Looking For Associates Who:Must be 21 years of age or olderPick, pack, and ship orders using an RF scanner. Orders range from a small box to pallets.Receive and store inventory in a safe and correct manner.Perform cycle counts regularly.Record damaged or defective materials.Drive company truck(s) with great care, assuring compliance with all prevailing traffic laws and legal speed limits, and safety protocol.Provides associates with possible solutions and/or appropriate contact information when problems arise, reports observations of customer opportunities and problems to the Warehouse Manager.Loads and unloads materials from truck in an accurate, efficient, and safe manner, utilizing proper body mechanics and proper equipment (e.g., forklift).Receive and check-in deliveries, pickups and returns to ensure quality and quantity of products.Cut wire, rod, or strut, safely utilizing the appropriate equipment.Sweep floors remove trash and otherwise maintain the warehouse in a tidy and safe condition.What You Bring:Willing to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacket.You will also use push carts and rolling ladders.Ability to climb into and drive delivery vehicles.Ability to unload material at customer site, including heavy and bulky items.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.Ability to be on your stand for extended periods and traverse the warehouse with or without accommodation.Basic problem-solving skills and computer skillsWhat We Offer:Medical, dental, and vision insurance plus employer paid short term and long-term disability and life insurance.Paid time off and paid holidays401K matchProfit SharingTuition reimbursement and employee development.Annual Safety Shoe ReimbursementEmployee Discount on productsAccess to a variety of trainings for personal developmentWe're the world's number one distributor of electrical products, solutions and related services.
