- Generate new business and cross-sell to existing customers
- Build relationships and provide trusted insurance solutions
- Educate customers on coverage options to protect their assets
- Deliver a positive, professional customer experience
- Competitive pay + uncapped commission
- High customer traffic = more sales opportunities
- Licensing support (Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health)
- Supportive, team-oriented environment
- Sales experience preferred (not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
- Willing to obtain an insurance license upon hire
- Bilingual is a plus
