Head of Product, North America Payments

The Role We are looking for a highly strategic, visionary, and technically adept Head of Product, North America Payments . In this executive‑level role, you will drive our regional payments strategy and shape the future of our product offerings with advanced technologies such as AI and ML. What You’ll Do Define and execute a compelling product strategy for Adyen payments in the North America region. Operate seamlessly with cross‑functional partners across Engineering, Partnerships, Commercial, and other teams to align roadmaps and deliver high‑impact products. Lead, mentor, and scale a strong organization of Product Managers and Product Leaders, fostering a culture of ownership, technical excellence, and speed. Partner strategically with key customers, presenting the product roadmap, listening deeply to their needs, and helping them leverage our payment vision. Who You Are 15+ years of experience in the technology industry, with at least 8 years in senior product leadership (e.g., Director, VP, or Head of Product). Demonstrated track record of leading product organizations and driving massive scale at a top‑tier technology company. Strong technical background and comfort in deep technical architecture discussions; a background in software engineering is a significant plus. Hands‑on experience leading AI and ML‑powered product initiatives, including building with AI agents, copilots, or embedding ML models into core products. Deep passion for the payments ecosystem and a willingness to spend time on the ground with customers to understand complex workflows. Strategic thinker who can translate high‑level vision into tangible, measurable roadmaps and inspire an organization to execute. The annual base salary range for this role is $258,500 - $375,600.
