We're a locally owned residential cleaning company that has proudly served our community for the past two years . As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced, dependable professional who wants to grow with us and become an integral part of our team.

This is a unique rotational position where you'll alternate between Team Member and Team Leader based on the weekly schedule. We're looking for someone who is comfortable leading a team when needed and equally willing to work alongside teammates to deliver exceptional service.

Compensation

• Team Member: $18.00 per hour
• Team Leader: $26.00 per hour
• Paid biweekly
• Mileage reimbursement when serving as Team Leader and transporting the team to and from job sites using your personal vehicle.

Training & Trial Period

All new hires will complete a two-week paid training and trial period to ensure a successful fit for both you and our team.

Responsibilities

Team Member

• Perform detailed residential cleaning services with consistency and care.
• Follow company cleaning procedures and quality standards.
• Work efficiently with the team to complete scheduled homes.
• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain professionalism at every job.

Team Leader

• Lead the cleaning crew during assigned leadership weeks.
• Safely transport team members to and from job sites.
• Delegate tasks, monitor quality, and keep jobs running on schedule.
• Support, coach, and motivate team members.
• Communicate with management regarding daily operations and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional residential cleaning experience.
• Previous leadership or team lead experience is required.
• Ability to seamlessly transition between Team Member and Team Leader responsibilities.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable personal vehicle with current insurance.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to providing high-quality service.
• Able to perform physically demanding cleaning work throughout the day.
