Desired Qualifications:

• Current, active School Psychologist license from the state of South Carolina
• Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
• Experience in a K-12 school environment highly preferred
• Excellent communication and report writing abilities
• Ability to develop and implement individualized plans for students with a range of needs
• Commitment to fostering positive student outcomes across varying age groups

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer psychological and educational assessments to students in grades K-12
• Analyze test results and prepare clear, actionable reports for school teams and parents
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, offering expertise in special education eligibility and intervention planning
• Provide individual and group counseling services as appropriate
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to address academic or behavioral concerns
• Assist in developing behavior intervention plans and monitor student progress throughout the year
• Maintain detailed and confidential student records in alignment with ethical and legal guidelines
