We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist working from our Americas HQ in West Dundee, IL.We are looking for a creative, innovative, collaborative, and analytical person to join our marketing team to support our digital transformation while creating fantastic customer experiences. We are looking for someone that has experience with B2B and marketing automation platforms. This role will require significant time working with and utilizing our automation platform (Marketo) You will work closely with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and other duties as assigned.es & ResponsibilitiesPrincipal Duties and Responsibilities:Providing support to the ‘marketing operations’ side of our marketing automation management and development.Designing, creating, and implementing content, process flows and automation to support the buyer journey.Support and consult our divisional & regional marketing teams to help them specify and achieve their goals from U.S. marketing programs.Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs and channels.Develop and maintain persona-focused multi-channel marketing campaigns in collaboration with colleagues across the marketing organization.Assist in the management of our Martech stack and marketing data.Assisting the marketing manager and supporting the marketing team with marketing activitiesAssisting with the production of marketing materials and literatureCoordinating the production of a wide range of marketing communicationsAssist with the collation of information for promotional literatureUploading marketing material to online libraries, internet groups and social media sitesKey requirementsMarketing degree preferred; or 4+ years of marketing experience in a similar role.Knowledge of CRM and MA systems within a B2B company. Manufacturing environment preferred.Strong listening, communications, and networking skills to enable excellent collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.Basic knowledge of web design including. HTML, ideally JavaScript and databases (SQL) JSON and working with APIs.You will have strong analytical skills and be comfortable designing logic-driven automation programs.Basic understanding of data privacy regulationsOther duties as assigned or requestedQualificationsEducation and Experience: Minimum4+ years of experience in marketingSome college or equivalent business to business work experience.Proficient with standard office productivity tools including MS Office, CRM systems, webinars, and social mediaUnderstanding of marketing principles and digital marketing technologiesExcellent communication skills and comfortable with multi-tasking and shifting prioritiesAnalytical skills and data-driven thinkingEducation and Experience: PreferredBachelor of Arts or Science in Marketing degree or relevant field.Manufacturing backgroundKnowledge, Skills and Abilities, CompetenciesInterpersonal skillsVerbalWrittenConflict-managementTeam player, self-starter, reliable, personable and able to work in fast-paced environmentSelf-starter with growth mindset, willing to experiment with new ideas and take calculated risksCompensation Range (Annual)$70,000 to $80,000(depending on level and location)In an effort to comply with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates regarding cash compensation, Renishaw sets standard pay ranges for all U.S.-based roles as established by job function, level, and geographic location.
