Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Endoscopy (Endo)

Shift:

• 4x10-Hour Days or 4x9-Hour Days
• Weekends required
• Weekday and weekend call required
• Potential for overtime based on department needs

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Endoscopy Registered Nurse (RN) to provide safe, high-quality nursing care for patients undergoing endoscopic and other invasive procedures with or without sedation. The RN is responsible for patient assessment, procedural support, recovery, education, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes. This role also requires hands-on experience performing the technical portion of GI equipment .

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Endoscopy or related nursing experience.
• Must be experienced with the technical operation of GI/endoscopy equipment.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced procedural environment.
• Ability to collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Education

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) or Nursing Diploma required.

Required Licensure & Certifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License (Single State or Compact License)
• Compact license holders must transfer licensure to the state of practice within 60 days of employment, if applicable.
• BLS (American Heart Association)
• ACLS (American Heart Association)
