We are looking for an experienced Tax Manager specialized in Trusts & Estates! Responsibilities Review and prepare federal and state fiduciary income tax returns (Form 1041), estate tax returns (Form 706), and related filingsLead multiple tax engagements to deliver quality tax preparation, research, planning, and consulting services for a variety of clientsEnsure compliance with legal and tax requirements for trust and estate entitiesCommunicate technical issues, recommendations, and opportunities to clients and prospects, including in-person meetingsProvide guidance and training to junior staff, and collaborate within integrated team to meet client and firm deadlinesStay current with changes in fiduciary, tax, and estate law, and participate in ongoing professional developmentProactive approach to process improvement and regulatory changesRequirements 5+ years of specialized experience in trust and estate taxRestaurant, Manufacturing, Real Estate investments & Construction client experience preferredActive CPA strongly preferredPublic Accounting experience a plus BenefitsHybrid Remote Schedule (3 days in office / 2 days from home) MedicalVisionDental401kBonus
