Structured Transactions Midlevel Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks a highly qualified midlevel associate with 3-5 years of law firm experience to join their structured transactions practice group in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate and/or finance transactions, with a preference for experience in structured finance and securitization. Duties Engage in complex structured finance transactions. Collaborate with team members on securitization projects. Provide legal advice on RMBS/ABS/CLO/financing matters. Draft and review transaction documents. Requirements 3-5 years of law firm experience. Corporate and/or finance transactions experience. Active bar membership in the state of practice. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Active bar membership. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Benefits Medical, financial, and other benefits. 401(k) eligibility.
