Corporate Accountant

Our client is a large net lease REIT focused on acquiring single‑tenant properties, with over $20 billion in assets under management. Responsibilities Prepare variance analysis and detailed commentary for various compensation accounts on the income statement and balance sheet. Perform and record compensation allocation based on advisory agreements and current company guidelines. Assist with various audits including workers’ compensation, benefits, payroll audits and internal SOX requests. Record compensation related journal entries on domestic and foreign subsidiaries. Compile compensation and benefit forecasts for international entities. Assist with collection of outstanding tenant receivables. Assist with ad‑hoc requests and projects. Requirements Bachelor’s degree required. 1–3 years of related corporate accounting experience. Experience with accruals required. Payroll and compensation accounting exposure a plus.
