Must have Pool Distribution experience Has some college education. Is a natural leader and possesses strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Has a gentle spirit and remains calm when things go wrong beyond our control. Possesses excellent customer relations skills. Is detailed and well spoken. Is comfortable with Word, Excel and computer software in general. Prefer experience in this industry. Job Summary As an Assistant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day activities of the company's operations. You will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness. Responsibilities Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and performance Manage and optimize processes to enhance overall efficiency Lead business development initiatives to drive growth and profitability Supervise and mentor staff, providing guidance and support as needed Conduct strategic planning to align operations with organizational goals Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement Skills Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development Proficiency in project management to ensure timely execution of operational initiatives Experience in sales and profit loss analysis to drive revenue growth Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Demonstrated expertise in process improvement methodologies to streamline operations Job Type: Full-time Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 10 hour shift 8 hour shift Education: High school or equivalent (Required) Experience: Management: 1 year (Required) Warehouse distribution: 1 year (Preferred) Supply Chain & Logistics Occupations: 1 year (Preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr
