Salary Range: $20.00 - $25.00/hour Schedule: 7 day operation; typical schedule is 2pm - 10pm, and days worked depends on schedule and availability Start & End Date: Now - October 31, 2026 What You’ll Do Prepare and serve delicious, nutritious, and sustainably sourced meals for guests. Prep and cook food using approved safe food‑handling practices. Support the team’s sustainable culinary practices, including reducing food waste, composting, and utilizing every part of an ingredient. Support team efforts to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Maintain the integrity of the food served and the commitment to the farm’s organizational mission. Core Qualifications Passion for preparing and sharing locally sourced, simply prepared, beautifully presented, great‑tasting nutritious food. 3 years or more savory cooking experience. Self‑motivated, team player with flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed. Excellent knife skills and extensive understanding of various cooking techniques. Additional Valued Qualifications Maintain a positive attitude under pressure. Ability to work weekends and some holidays as needed. Restaurant opening experience is a plus. Work Environment & Physical Demands Being active for extended periods of time and working in settings with limited air‑conditioned environments depending on the location. This is a very fast‑paced role, especially during peak dining hours, requiring a high level of attention to detail and efficiency. Carrying and moving items up/down stairs and over uneven terrain, weighing up to 40 lbs. Indoor and outdoor work environment.
