Position Overview Full‑time Promotions Coordinator in Minneapolis. This role is your entry into the radio industry and involves engaging listeners in the community to promote stations, along with general office duties including receptionist responsibilities as needed. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning, organizing, and executing promotional events and campaigns. Set up and break down remote broadcasts and station events, troubleshooting and resolving technical or logistical issues in real time. Represent stations at events in an upbeat, outgoing, and friendly manner. Inventory and maintain the prize closet, calendars, and schedules for current and upcoming promotions. Assist the Promotions and Marketing Department with projects as needed in the office. Drive station vehicles. Schedule liners and giveaways. Maintain and store station equipment. Uphold a strict level of confidentiality at all times. Fulfill prizes to winners and communicate with winners regarding prizes. Qualifications 1-2 years of media or event experience preferred. 21 years of age or older. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Flexible schedule, available to work at least 20 hours per week, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. Outgoing, energetic, detail‑oriented, and responsible. Proficient using computers and Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and WordPress. Strong multi‑tasking abilities. Event experience and planning preferred. Strong social media skills with sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, and LinkedIn. Ability to learn new platforms (understanding of Microsoft 365 and vCreative is a plus). Pay Range USD $35,000.00 – $38,000.00 per year. What We Offer Competitive pay.
