Responsible for monitoring and securing correct range management and stock accuracy management in the unit. Responsible for optimal stock structure by proactively working to reduce avoidable stock, resulting in healthy capacity utilization and low costs. Responsible for unit solutions’ usage and roll‑out, site implementation and continuous process improvement in the unit. Responsible for leading, coaching, developing, and inspiring a high‑performing Integration team by working closely with the Operations team, including communication, flexibility, performance culture, competence development, succession planning, maintaining a work environment that supports equality, diversity, and inclusion, and well‑being. As a diverse mix of co‑workers we use our supply process expertise to balance range and space capacity with forecasting and ordering to provide customers with high availability while minimizing costs. Qualifications University degree in Economics, Supply Chain Management, or relevant experience and proven performance in logistics/commercial/supply chain management. 2‑4 years of working experience in a leading people and/or management position (preferably in distribution, retail, logistics, or similar), with a proven record of successful strategic leadership, delivering both business results and people development. Strong knowledge of commercial activation, range management, and operational forecasting. Ability to manage stock accuracy and optimize stock structure.
