TRC Talent Solutions is Hiring a Technical Support Specialist in Bradenton, FL

This opportunity is ideal for someone with customer service experience who is comfortable navigating multiple computer systems, documenting customer interactions, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve technical and service-related inquiries.

Job Details

• Location: Bradenton, FL | Onsite

• Pay: $19-21/hr. (DOE)

• Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:30am - 6:00pm 

What You’ll Be Doing

• Answer Inbound customer calls through Technical Support call lines and provide professional, timely assistance

• Make outbound calls as assigned to follow up on customer needs, orders, scheduled service dates, and customer requests

• Use company systems to research and provide accurate updates regarding parts, orders, scheduled service dates, and customer requests 

• Document Customer contacts, follow-ups, and relevant information accurately within the system database 

• Identify, document, and report product trends and customer complaints 

• Communicate and collaborate with internal and external departments to resolve customer inquiries efficiently 

• Assist field representative with technical, procedural, and customer-related issues 

• Process and distribute outbound data, documentation, and paperwork 

• Maintain established ISO and JCAHO standard and procedures

   

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of call center or technical support experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to accurately document customer interactions, follow-ups and account information

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, field representatives, and internal departments
