Outpatient Oncology Registered Nurse

As an Outpatient Oncology Registered Nurse, you support patients in a clinic setting through telephone triage, medication refills, chemo tracking, and direct care such as labs, port management, and IV hydration. You assess, plan, and evaluate care, monitor patient conditions, update EHR documentation, and collaborate with the care team. You also uphold safety standards, participate in quality initiatives, and may float to other units as patient needs change.
